python310 build fail ticket?

Where is a recent ticket for python310 build failure? All I see is a few recent 
tickets closed as duplicates. Duplicates of what? I don't see any previous 
recent python310 ticket. My build is failing on Mojave and holding up cairo and 
gnutls upgrades. Whenever there is an upgrade holdup, it means I have to type 
more than I like to upgrade other ports. Thanks.
