Has anyone successfully installed this? From what I read, virt-manager
should work without root privileges.

So far, I'm able to install and invoke qemu using Debian installer, using
the following configure options:

./configure --prefix=/Volumes/export/opt-v2.11 --with-no-root-privileges
--without-startupitems
--with-applications-dir=/Volumes/export/opt-v2.11/apps

When I try to install virt-manager, I get the following circular dependency
issue. Unsure if it's related to no-root. I'm using 2.10.7 base and
2.10.0-archive ports.

Error: The following dependencies were not installed because all of them
have unmet dependencies (likely due to a dependency cycle): libvirt-glib
