Dear All,

Intego reacted instantly when the following file was added to my ports setup
when upgrading after a regular selfupdate:

/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.9/lib/python3.9/sitepackages/scipy/optimize/_highs/_highs_wrapper.cpython-39-darwin.so
 <http://highs_wrapper.cpython-39-darwin.so/>

It flagged it as an infected file. I let Intego 'repair' the file, but of
course that renders the file unusable, and upsets port a bit:

---> Scanning binaries for linking errors
Warning: Error parsing file
/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.9/lib/python3.9/site-packages/scipy/optimize/_highs/_highs_wrapper.cpython-39-darwin.so:
 Error opening or reading file
--->  No broken files found.
--->  No broken ports found.

This is the very first time that I've encountered such a problem using
MacPorts. ( I really should get rid of the whole Python 3.9 tree, as it is
ridiculously out-of-date, my default is currently 3.13).

Any one got any comments on this?

Cheers,
Alex.
