update regarding the request to update/create the gcc Modula-2 port?

Hi;

  I don't see a MacPorts ticket (perhaps I did not create one?)
regarding a new port for Modula-2 from gcc.  I thought I was told that
there was a pending merge that would enable the gcc modula-2 port from
gcc...

  Do I need to create a MacPorts ticket (if one does not exist
already, which I could not find) to track this port creation request?
