I don’t know you have installed ncdu exactly, but according to https://ports.macports.org/port/ncdu/details/ the last build attempt of ncdu on macOS 26 Tahoe (still) didn’t succeed.
I’ve seen many issues with ncdu (2.x) in the past due to its dependency on zig, which didn’t build successfully on all OS versions. I’ve personally installed the ncdu1 (1.x) port instead, which doesn’t depend on zig.
