Git clone and building worked fine for me (macOS 26.2, Xcode 26.2). Nice clean UI, I'd suggest a filter for requested ports, maybe leaves etc. No idea if I would actually use it. When I switched from Windows 16 years ago and started using MacPorts I'd have used it a lot, these days I don't use MacPorts as often and when I do I am just installing the same ports again.
