Seems as if the maintainer has forgotten ot update the checksums
The maintainer did update the checksums along with the version:

The checksums matched when CI ran, but the file had apparently changed
by the time the PR was merged.
As always, open a ticket and Cc the maintainer so they can investigate.
Temporary fix: insert the correct checsum block by editing the Portfile
yourself ; eg with
sudo port edit imager
sudo nano "$( port file imager )"
That's a really bad idea if you don't first confirm that the file was
deliberately updated upstream and hasn't been compromised with malware.
