#421: MacGem reports wrong executable directory

`macgem environment` reports that the executable directory is
- RUBY EXECUTABLE:
/Library/Frameworks/MacRuby.framework/Versions/0.5/usr/bin/macruby
- EXECUTABLE DIRECTORY: /usr/bin
Shouldn't the executable directory be the parent directory of the MacRuby
executable? For example, I was thinking that it should be one of the
following:
/Library/Frameworks/MacRuby.framework/Versions/0.5/usr/bin
or
/Library/Frameworks/MacRuby.framework/Versions/Current/usr/bin
