I never heard of AquaticPrime and I don't know if it will cause problems with
MacRuby. I guess the best way to know is to try :)
More importantly, what do you mean by "secure a MacRuby app"? Maybe what you
are planning to do can be implemented differently without the need of a 3rd
party package.
FYI, it is possible to compile all your Ruby code into machine code, to prevent
trivial reverse engineering.
