As I don't have this problem, it is eitherfixed in
xserver-xorg-input-synaptics 0.14.7~git20070517-2 or by the static
device name I use in xorg.conf:

 Option          "Device" 
"/dev/input/by-id/usb-Apple_Computer_Apple_Internal_Keyboard_._Trackpad-mouse"
