Thanks Alex.  I am not speaking of changing the resolution in system  
preferences.  It came out in an article following the WWDC that demoed  
"Leopard" , unfortunately I am not very good at articulating what it  
said.  I think what it would do is bring added sharpness to the  
magnifier.
