I've received confirmation from Apple that there are no improvements in this release of Logic. I've spoken with Bob Hunt who is definitely on the Logic team. Several years ago at a trade show, he had indicated that they were working on accessibility and we've certainly seen a dramatic improvement from version 7 to 8 in Logic Studio. Although I'm also frustrated by the news, I'm still hopeful that we'll see full accessibility in a future release. If anyone does decide to email these people, please remember not to antagonize or criticize harshly but instead, express your concerns along with your support of Apple's work on the accessibility front for the operating system.
