My process when reading a lot of e-mail. is to turn cursor tracking off, and then have the Keyboard focus on the table of messages and the VO cursor will drop to the headers of the message each time you delete. If you then use Keyboard navigator 8 it will read the message. If you want to save for later then you can use the arrow keypad to skip to the next message.
