Ok I wont use this program then, upside-down happens often and I need a 
program that can scan multiple pages at once (I am sure this is a limitation 
of the express version though because I am quite sure their windows version 
can at least scan multiple pages at a time) if I get a reaction from their 
sales department I will tell them about these issues though so that they 
might be resolved in the future.
