Try Express talk available from www.nch.com.au .  There are a few  
quirky things with it, but for the most part, it works well.  If your  
provider supports IAX, check out LoudHush, not positive but I believe  
their address is loudhush.ro .  Again, LoudHush is great, but only  
works with IAX providers, *not* SIP.
