Hi Terrence, The easiest thing is probably to connect the Icon to your Mac and put it in disk mode. Then use Finder to copy everything over. I did something similar recently and it worked great. You could also share the folders on your Icon and do it wirelessly but my guess is that would be slower than a USB connection.
