Hi guys Here is the answer I got back from the developers of PDF Pen Pro after I sent the files I mentioned. They are looking into it, so maybe we will figure it out.

I have already forwarded all the relevant information to the engineering team so that they can take a better look, whether it is related to PDFpen or not.
