Ok, this is how I have found to make it work. When you have the screen
up with the from and to buttons, do the to button first. The issues
with both is as soon as you flick up on the ticker, the screen refreshes
and so you have to flick right again to the ticker, and do this until
you get to the account you want to transfer to. Then go back and tap on
the from button, and it will behave the same way the to button just did.
If you click the from button first it will never work.
