Hi Cheryl My first thought was to ask you if you updated your Braille Edge the last time the updates came out? If you're not sure, go to the menu under information and see what version and build it says you have. Mine says 1.1 build 20130911, which is the last one. If that is okay, the one thing I had to do when I had trouble with my iPhone and my Braille Edge was to reset my Internet settings. I didn't have to restore the iPhone, but I had to kill off all my Internet settings. Luckily for me, I didn't have that many Wi-Fi settings I had to redo again.
