Yup, that one appears to be dead. The domain for the download is for
sale. I found a review for the widget which was from 2008 so I guess it
didn't catch on. Next question is how to tell Apple?

download link. If the category has a lot of items you can action the number
links next to the word Pages. It won't indicate what page you are on but it
does seem to flip to the 4th page if you action the 4 etc.
