Hi there I can't answer the question that you asked exactly, but if you know anybody that has a Macintosh computer, you can call up voiceover on it. I don't know if you know that they all have voice over in them . Also, even if there is a way to do what you ask, the question is would VoiceOver run on that PC is well? Gigi
