If I issue the following commands this is what happens. Press Vo+m+m to focus on the status menu. Vo+arrow to the DropBox icon. Press Vo+Command+f5 to move the mouse pointer to the VoiceOver cursor. Double tap the track pad. VoiceOver gives me the following message:
