It's pretty straight forward, Alex. You'll get the hang of it in no time. The only one thing I'd say is that I've often got better results exporting to Word (.docx) format, rather than PDF, at least with more complex documents. FineReader does an amazing job of properly formatting footnotes and numbered paragraphs when exporting to Word, which is awesome as well. Best, Nic
