Unfortunately, the bootcamp uses the hard drive only. This means bootcamp works well on iMac, but do not use the ssd only the hard drive part of the fusion drive. So bootcamp is not as fast as it would be on a single sad drive.

The Fusion drive does make your system considerably quicker and, if you have the cash, I totally recommend it. I'm not really sure how BootCamp handles the Fusion drives but I'd be surprised if there were any problems. Probably best to do a Google search on BootCamp and Fusion drive and see what comes up.
