First open pages. Next create a new document. Next jump to the formater using vo j. Next vo right arrow to the paragraph styles button and press vo space to activate it. Next you find the styles table and you will interact with it with vo shift down arrow. Next vo right arrow or left arrow tomove through the styles and then interact with the style you want. Next vo right arrow to the menu button and then press space to open the menu. Next go down to the shortcut option with the down arrow key and then press the right arrow key to open the submenu.
