Hi Brent, I couldn't tell you what the problem is, but just writing to say I'm 
not experiencing this. I can access all the computers and devices on my network 
using Windows Explorer under Fusion.
There are quite a few tweaks you can make to Fusion's networking. The other day 
I worked out how to give the Windows VM its own internal IP address, which is 
great when you want to run Windows server applications and you need a unique 
internal IP for port forwarding.
I've found their online Knowledge Base to be really good.
