As Teresa said, you cannot say that you are a user of any special/assistive tech when you sign up. In your bug reports, though, you can specify if the problem was with Voiceover, Zoom, etc. Also be sure that, if you are reporting a bug in an app that is the app's fault and not VO's (unlabeled buttons, causes VO to crash, and so on) you report the bug on the app. In the description, specify that you were using VO and had the problem. Also be sure to use the Feedback Assistant on the dock of any beta OS, not the usual Apple accessibility email address.
