As far as I know you'll need to use iTunes or some other 3rd party app to make an Audio CD from a set of mp3s. That said, many newer CD players will now play mp3 files directly from CDs so you might want to still go that route. You can fit quite a bit more material on a standard CD in MP3 than you can with plain old audio.
