Hi Todd, Yes if you have a non-retina macbook pro, you can buy the
opti-bay with up to 2tb in it. It installs right where the dvdrw drive
is located. In fact, according to the geek squad it looks just like
the dvdrw drive except no disc slot. You can also get mac memory,
external dvd/blu-ray drives, and ssd's from MCE tech.
