I could be wrong but I don't think so. Your Mac wouldn't have been capable of
installing the Windows plug-in and so I don't think you can uninstall it that
way though I suppose maybe you could find the file and remove it. But i don't
really think this should be an issue. Since you access this through safari
rather than directly, I would think that once the Mac app is installed, when
you go to a chat room using safari the Mac app rather than the Windows one
should open. I could be wrong in thinking this, but this is what makes sense to
me. I would leave the Windows one there if it is there in case you want to try
it with vmware fusion.

I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf.
I got crumpled wads of tear-stained paper
thrown in the trash!
Then God gave me a new heart and life:
His joy for my despairing tears!
And now, every day:
"This I call to mind,
and therefore I have hope:
The steadfast love of the Lord
never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness."
(Lamentations 3:21-23 ESV)
