Hi all. I have bose ae2w bluetooth headphones; I am not sure if they are the latest ones as I have had them for several months. While looking online I discovered that there is an update for these headphones. Unfortunately when I downloaded and opened this update I briefly saw something about universal access off (at least I thought that was what it showed; it disappeared) and the language window I then got had nothing but "unknown" areas that were empty when I interacted. Does anybody know if there's a way we can use this application? i don't even know for sure that I need this update; my headset appears to be working fine.
