Hi,

How do you actually do a complete erase of the start up disk?

I believed i did do a complete erase a while back, but the boot camp drive is
listed in the command + r during start up - tools. Also here is Macintosh HD
and Base System drive(possible help?). The annoying part is that the Boot Camp
drive is deleted for sure. I believe this is why a new Boot Camp partition is
not possible when using the Boot Camp assistent again. Although the Time
Capsule shows there is no more Boot Camp partition. So, in the real world,
there is no Boot Camp Partition on this drive. Just in the command + r startup
- tools. I believe Boot Camp Assistent seese this false Boot Camp partition
during configuration.

Did not try Disk Maker X. Does this tool erase hard drive completely?

Take care
