Hi,

Just to the left of the Scroll area for whatever Songs view you're in, there 
should be a pop-menu where you can change appearances back into Song List mode 
which I've found easier to navigate than Grid views.  Your choice though.  As 
Anne mentioned though, the Source List Sidebar is not available in the newest 
iTunes.  I usually use keyboard commands to move between the various media 
types and find it quick and easy.  For example, cmd-1 to focus on Music, cmd-2 
for Movies and cmd-3 for TV Shows.  These shortcuts are listed under the View 
menu and customizable under the More menu either within the View menu or on 
your iTunes page.
