sony's multi track acid is barely accessible at that ----- Original Message ----- From: Jean-Philippe Rykiel To: macvisionaries@googlegroups.com Sent: Thursday, October 08, 2009 5:03 AM Subject: Re: [Mac-cessibility News] Digidesign Demonstrates Upcoming ProTools Accessibility
Hi Jess, ProTools doesn't have a lot to do with sound forge anyway. It is more comparable to sonar as both are midi and multitrack recorders. Sound forge is a two track recorder even though it has multitrack capabilities but it is not really multitrack, as you cannot listen to tracks while recording others. It is merely an editing and mastering tool. Since Sony has no plans to make a version of sound forge for the Mac, and since I want to go into audio production work, the fact that digidesign is making strides for pro tools to be accessible is very inspiring. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
