Re: Ever since i got my mac back from the apple store i have not been able to 
go in to about this mac to see about my system report at all.  It worked fine 
under mavericks but now it is gone.

• What do you mean that “It is gone?”.  Does it not appear under the Apple menu?

• If it is under the Apple menu, navigate to it, then press return.  If VO 
focus is not taken directly to the About window, try using VO-f2-f2 (Window 
Chooser), to determine if it is available but not getting proper focus.  Report 
back with your findings.
