No but it runs with navigon for like I said the best of both worlds. Write me
off list if you have questions I use both all the time

I am debating also getting blind square. I'm a bit hesitant as they are not
cheap but I believe it will be worth it over time.
Does it offer vehicle navigation?

Run navigon and blind square at the same time and you have the best of both
worlds

I don't think navigon will spontaneously announce which streets are nearby. But
if you select the "More" tab at the bottom and then click on "Direct Help", it
will display informationabout where the nearest intersection is. You can tap
it to get voiceover to read it but voiceover won't automatically read it when
it changes. In other words, what you have to do is keep tapping that field to
get voiceover to read it. To me that wasn't a huge problem.

By the way, you can also rearrange the tabs and menus in Navigon. I put a link
to direct help in the menu at the bottom of the screen so that I could easily
get to the direct help tab when I was using navigon.

I haven't used navigon much lately though. I have found that a combination of
Siri and the apple map app works better for me. You can ask siri, "Where am I",
and most of the time get a pretty good answer.
