It is still done the same way. You just have to get to it a different way. What I do is go to mail, preferences, accounts, and go to where it asks where I want to send my mail from. Then I vo space bar on that pop up menu, go to where it says edit alias, and that takes me to the icloud.com <http://icloud.com/> website. I find rules, and instead of vo space bar on rules, you have to do the mouse down command, then mouse up command. Once you do this, you will be able to find your rules, and set them up the same way.
