Hi, I also use Audiobook Builder and love it. In my case I have it set up in such a way that once I press "create audiobook" button in the last stage of it being created, the application will put it in its separate playlist in itunes called Audiobook Builder. So see whether you can find a playlist called that. Then if you want to have this book on your idevices, you need to sync them manually and make sure that you sync the audiobook builder playlist.
