Hello Ray,

This usually occurs because your connection to the Internet is either lost,
unstable, or extremely slow, causing the server connection to time-out.

The next time this happens, before closing Mail, Open Safari and see if it is
online.

It may also be time for you to reboot your Internet MODEM and/or router.

Mark

Subject: have to force quit mail because messages can't be deleted for some
reason

Subject line just about says it all. Sometimes, when I go to quit mail, I get
an alert that says that some messages cannot be moved to the trash or deleted
from the trash. When I press the okay button here I am forced to force quit
mail then start it up again. After that, it seems to work okay. anybody else
notice this and have a cure?

Sincerely,
The Constantly Barefooted Ray
Still a happy Mac, Verizon Wireless iPhone 6+ and Apple TV user!

the only computer with full accessibility for the blind built-in
