Hi, That is the nature of Gmail and a few other providers that I can’t recall. As Chris mentioned, you’re sending a message to a Distribution Group, of which you are a member. So, when the eMail server sends the message back out to the members of the Distribution Group, you receive it just like all the other members. The difference with Gmail, is that they’ve set up their protocol in a fashion that you do not receive eMails that were initiated by you. In most cases, this seems fine, but I have had quite a number of people complain to me about that since they liked to send eMails to themselves via CC or bcc so they had a copy, but they’d never get them. There are work arounds for that but, I guess, it’s a matter of preference.
