I think they meant they were trying to recall the actual keys from
memory and didn't check them. Gena was close but the key combo is
actually command option U to Show Page Source which is also available
under the Develop menu in Safari. If you don't have the Develop menu I'm
not sure if the key combo will work. To turn on the Develop menu you can
check the "Show Develop menu" at the very end of the Advanced section of
Safari's preferences.

• When the message from this person is open.
• Interact with the Message Header area.
• Press cmd-a to select its contents.
• open TextEdit.
• press cmd-shift-t to change the format to Plain text.
• Paste in the results of your copy.
The eMail address will be between the pointies right after their name.
