Josh, there's no reason to apologize. I'd steer away from such arguments, but you know sometimes it's just difficult not to chime in. First there's no reason why you can't offset your cost if any as you see fit. YOur providing the service, someone doesn't like how it's managed, they can pound sand and go find their info elsewhere. It is also important to point out that beyond their lame rationale, posting the entire content of another person's work even if cited properly isn't generally acceptable since most carry a disclaimer that the content is not to be reproduced in any form without permission and quite honestly it would be impractical to obtain such permission in sufficient time for the information to be relevant.
