HELLO, I hope what I am going to post is not off topic. I am having problems completing the installation of Office 16 upgrade. I have gotten as far as downloading the upgrade, but then I seem to get into a loop where I get the busy, busy busy!!! thing. This occurs for several minutes, so the only option left is to force quit the installation. I am wondering if someone who has gone through the installation process and is running the update can give me some ideas on how to trouble shoot thisthis, so I can complete the process.
