Oh, just google them or bing them:  which ever search ingen you use.  Trust me, 
that's the best way to find them.  BTW, with both of those apps, you do have 
control over how long the silence between tracks is.

What you want to do?  IF it's burn audio CD's, you could just make a
playlist of songs from your iTunes library and then burn from that play
list.  Assuming you do not want to do that, however, there are two apps I'd
recommend.  ONe is Simply Burn, and the other is just burn.  Neither one in
the app store so don't even look there.  Can't go wrong with either one.
Just one small detail.  IF you are going to use Burn, you'd better make sure
that the files you intend to burn on to a CD are 44.1KHZ oversampling..  IF
you don't, you're going to wind up with audio that will play at the wrong
speed when you listen back to your work.
