Hi:

I've tried the suggestions that you guys sent me, including everything that's
in the online support article. Unfortunately, my MacBook will still not turn
on. The speech is not muted, as I can tell that the light on my screen is it
coming on. I also have the control F 11 and F 12 Comanced make sounds when I
increase and decrease the volume, as that is how I can sometimes tell whether
my computer is on and I'm just turned off voiceover for the use of someone
else. I hear no chime or anything when I try powering up the computer. I guess
I'm going to have to visit the Apple Store, which is always a nightmare! LOL.

Any further suggestions would be appreciated. :-)

Best,
Ezzie Bueno
