Hi Andrew, When you open Microsoft Word, press CONTROL+OPTION+M to get into the menus. Keep the CONTROL and OPTION keys held down and arrow right to the help menu, then arrow down and the “check for updates” option should be the last item in the menu. With CONTROL and OPTION still held down, press the SPACEBAR to activate this menu item.
If you still aren’t seeing it, can you describe the contents of the help menu on your computer? It definitely should be there.
