Juliette, All you need to enter information for concerning TV shows is the "title," which is the episode title of the program, the "show title," which refers to the TV series name, and the "episode number," which is the order by which you want the shows to appear in your iTunes library, and this is also how they will appear on the Apple TV. The "episode I.D." is something you can leave blank. Also, if you want to have the TV program categorized by season, then enter a number value in the "season" field. Personally, I just number everything sequentially because when I load a TV program on my Apple TV I want the episodes to appear in one single list, which can be slightly time-consuming, but well-worth the effort as it is reflected nicely when using the Apple TV.
