Alex, you were correct. So now I have my  three areas: contact list, contact 
information, and my groups. VOJ takes me from list to information; is there an 
equally elegant way to jump to my list of groups? Right now I am struggling 
with copying contacts into the individual groups because am not sure how to 
navigate back and forth.
