I get Donna's dilemma. The problem is that the return period is only 14 days so waiting around for a possible solution that may or may not come probably isn't advisable for something that's a deal breaker. I haven't received my watch yet but when I do I'll be putting it through its paces and if it turns out to be too buggy, it's going back within those 14 days.
