Hi, It sounds like whoever coded the app for managing the storage device used custom elements without any accessibility API considerations. I've encountered this before and the only way I've been able to deal with it is to turn on mouse-keys and count the horizontal and vertical places I need to go then use mouse keys to click the mouse. It's a pain in the behind, but it's what I had to do for their lack of consideration. I've done it both with sighted assistance or on my own, depending on the patience at the time and the severity of just clicking the mouse wherever.
